FC Drive | About Us
FC DRIVE was founded as an Illinois not-for-profit organization to teach a higher level of play and to inspire competitive excellence in current and former recreational soccer players. The club's first season was September, 2007, led by Frank Klopas, current Chicago Fire Major League Soccer Head Coach. In July, 2011, Pascal Bedrossian, former Chicago Fire and French Professional, was named Director of Coaching and Player Development. Each FC DRIVE player receives 38-44 weeks of training and conditioning. Additionally, players compete in 18 weekends of outdoor competitive league play, and 1-3 indoor and/or outdoor tournaments. Today, 120 players play on 8 FC DRIVE teams in the highest competitive brackets in Illinois and participate in a variety of US and European tournaments. FC DRIVE is a 501(c) (3) organization. Donations are fully tax deductible and gratefully accepted. For details, click here
