FC DRIVE was founded as an Illinois not-for-profit organization to teach a higher level of play and to inspire competitive excellence in current and former recreational soccer players.

The club's first season was September, 2007, led by Frank Klopas, current Chicago Fire Major League Soccer Head Coach.  In July, 2011, Pascal Bedrossian, former Chicago Fire and French Professional, was named Director of Coaching and Player Development.

For the 2011-12 seasons, there are 340 players on 26 teams and a development Academy served by 13 coaching professionals distinguished by success at the highest levels of soccer with extensive experience in youth coaching, a professional speed/agility/conditioning trainer, a professional goal keeper trainer, and 28 volunteers.

Each FC DRIVE player receives 38-44 weeks of training and conditioning.  Additionally, players compete in 18 weekends of outdoor competitive league play, and 1-3 indoor and/or outdoor tournaments.

Today, 120 players play on 8 FC DRIVE teams in the highest competitive brackets in Illinois and participate in a variety of US and European tournaments.

FC DRIVE is a 501(c) (3) organization.  Donations are fully tax deductible and gratefully accepted.  For details, click here
